Do No. 8 gummies contain gelatin?

Our gummies are gelatin-free and vegan.

Are No. 8 products sugar-free?

Our gummies contain less than 1g of organic cane sugar per serving.

Are No. 8 products safe for daily consumption? 

Yes! In fact, that’s how we formulated them. Studies show that nootropics work best if taken regularly, and because we’re committed to only using FDA GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) ingredients, you’re safe to enjoy them every day. 

Will No. 8 products counteract with any medication I am taking?

Because your physiology is unique, we always recommend consulting with your regular health providers before adding No. 8 to your daily routine.

What happens if I take more than the suggested serving size?

All of our ingredients are GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe per the FDA) and are formulated at the most efficacious levels. Keep in mind that there are always discrepancies when it comes to in individual tolerance, which is why we do not recommend exceeding the suggested serving size. In the very rare circumstance that you feel discomfort after eating our gummies, please contact your medical provider or call 911.

I missed a day - Can I make up for it by taking more the following day?

Habits and routines take time to build. You don’t need to worry about making up for a missed day — just continue with your regular dose the next day. Please do not exceed the suggested serving size of four gummies per product.

What makes No. 8 gummies different from others?

We know that our gummies are only as effective as their ingredients, which is why our active ingredients are all nootropics that are backed by science and proven effective in humans through clinical trials. No. 8 gummies also have unique flavors, inspired by our Asian heritage.

Are No. 8 gummies safe for children?

No. Our gummies are formulated for adult physiology and should not be consumed by children.

Are No. 8 gummies Kosher? Halal?

At this time, our gummies are not certified Kosher or Halal.

Shipping / Distribution:

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed with our Standard Shipping usually arrive within 3-5 business days after ordering. If you’d like your order sooner, contact support@8.health for additional information.

Where can I purchase No. 8 products?

No. 8 products are only sold right here, at 8.health.

What is your subscription shipping policy?

Your gummies will ship via USPS Priority Mail every month. Shipping costs will be added to your cart upon check-out and renewal of your subscription.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your gummies are kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to APO or FPO at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We cannot deliver orders outside of the USA at this time. Please contact support@8.health if you have any questions.

Can I send this as a gift to someone else?

We love that you want to give someone the gift of a better mental wellness routine! Gift notes will be available during the holiday season.

How do I update my payment method for subscription purchases?

Of course! You can easily pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We unfortunately cannot accept cash, checks, or money orders.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, applicable taxes will be applied at check-out based on your location. 

I broke my glass jar. Can I get a replacement?

We want to make sure you have the tools you need to set up a successful wellness routine. Our jars are not currently available for purchase a la carte, but if you email us at support@8.health we can work with you on a replacement.

Returns / Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

All No. 8 products can be returned if unopened and unused within 30 days of your order date for a full refund. We do not issue refunds on orders placed more than 30 days ago. Keep in mind we do not refund shipping, and that you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping on your return unless we send incorrect or defective products.

What is your exchange policy?

We’re not able to process exchanges at this time.

My order arrived damaged. Can I receive a full refund or replacement?

Please send us an email at support@8.health with an image of the damaged order in your email, and we’ll make it right.

Our ingredients are sourced globally, and the final products made in the USA. All of our ingredients are FDA GRAS (Generally Regarded as Safe) and are tested for quality assurance before being used.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We believe in minimizing waste wherever possible. Our jars are made of glass and our refills are sent in plastic-free pouches, and all No. 8 packaging is designed to be reused or recycled. Even our packaging tape and printed ink are environmentally friendly.
